About the application

Shoan Personal Assistant is a private tool operated by Shoan Raj for the owner’s personal use. This public website provides information about the tool; it does not offer public registration, paid subscriptions, or access to the private assistant.

Authorized use

Only the owner or a person explicitly authorized by the operator may use the assistant. Connect only accounts and data you are entitled to access. Do not use the assistant to bypass access controls, expose other people’s private information, or perform unlawful actions.

Connected accounts and actions

Google integrations require OAuth authorization and remain subject to Google’s terms and policies. The owner may revoke access at any time. Calendar requests can create, change, cancel, or respond to events, and requested invitations may notify other people. Review instructions carefully. The current Gmail connection is read-only and does not send email or change the mailbox.

AI output and availability

AI answers, summaries, and inferred dates may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information and event changes in the original service. The tool is not a substitute for professional advice or an emergency service. It is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or permanent account connectivity.

Privacy and control

The privacy policy explains Google data access, service-provider processing, storage, revocation, and manual deletion requests. Do not authorize a connected account unless you understand those practices. Contact the operator to disable a connection or request removal of bot-held records.

Changes and contact

The operator may modify or discontinue this personal tool. Updated terms will appear here with a revised effective date. Questions can be sent to letterstoshoan@gmail.com. These terms do not replace applicable rights or obligations under law or third-party service agreements.
